While most orders take no more than 48 hours to process, this processing time may be as long as three days during busier periods. Once the order has been processed, customers will receive a confirmation email. Then, once the order has shipped, customers will receive an email with the order’s tracking information. Alternatively, those with an existing account on the NanoCraft site may check their orders status via their dashboard. Lastly, NanoCraft notes that once orders have been processed, changes cannot be made.
