Kannaway’s Dedication to Quality

All of Kannaway’s products are formulated with industrial hemp imported from northern Europe. In addition to containing less than 0.3% THC, this hemp has been grown using zero chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. What’s more, it’s non-GMO and contains no synthetic ingredients.

Once the hemp is mature enough to be extracted, Kannaway employs a proprietary extraction method to derive their hemp oil. Kannaway offers a 30-day guarantee to all retail customers. However, all requests to return products must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Moreover, returns can only be made on any product that either:

Is unopened and part of your initial order
Is new, unopened, and part of a first-time order

Any other returns made by a retail customer will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Carefully inspect your items to ensure they are unopened, new, in the manufacturer’s original box, and in resalable condition.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Be sure your invoice references the RMA and mentions why you are returning the product.
Finally, ship your products to Kannaway via either UPS or FedEx.

If your items qualify for a refund, Kannaway will issue a refund for the full price of the original items within 30 days of receiving your return. However, the refund does not include shipping costs.

If you find your items are defective or damaged, Kannaway will replace them at no additional charge.
