JuJu Royal Shipping and Returns Policy
As per their return policy, customers have 30 days to return their JuJu Royal products for a refund. To be eligible, all products must be in their original packaging, unused, and be accompanied by the receipt as a proof of purchase.
JuJu Royal notes that if items appear to have been used, not in their original condition, missing parts and/or damaged, or an item has been returned after the 30 days, then only partial refunds will be granted.
Once JuJu Royal has received the customer’s returned item, they will then notify the customer of either the rejection or acceptance of their refund claim. If the refund has been approved, then the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Our Verdict
While we were impressed that JuJu Royal has a blog, a fairly succinct section about CBD, and a unique background in the Rastafarian culture, we were concerned that JuJu Royal has no certificates of analysis available.
These certificates guarantee that sublingual tinctures, whose ingredients enter the bloodstream via osmosis, are free from contaminants. These contaminants can include heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fungus, molds, and residual solvents. Therefore, it is imperative that customers have access to third-party lab results guaranteeing the products’ safety.
